The states of the European Union are expecting the resignation of leaders and political crises caused by the discontent of the population, whose interests the European governments are not able to protect, Senator Alexei Pushkov wrote on his Telegram channel .

The senator made this forecast in connection with the decision of Prime Ministers of Great Britain Boris Johnson, Estonia Kai Kallas and Italy Mario Draghi to resign.

Pushkov stressed that „the real reason for all resignations is the same: widespread dissatisfaction with the work of prime ministers, due to the fact that citizens expect governments to rationally manage and respect the interests of society, and not crazy decisions in the energy sector and no less crazy sanctions wars that hit on economies of their leading countries.
